Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed and the product download link is provided, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Please be sure to review product descriptions, requirements, and compatibility information before making your purchase.
Exceptions
We only make exceptions to this policy if:

You accidentally purchased the same product twice (duplicate order). In this case, contact us with proof of both purchases, and we will refund the duplicate.
